The DCNM-LPU-PE is a participant based perpetual license that enables the ultimate feature pack. It contains the complete set of features to enable advanced voting and interpreting functionalities together with multiple identification options. The meeting manager can prepare and manage meetings in an easy and effective way using the powerful DICENTIS Software Suite. It is possible to extend the maximum number of
participants that can join a meeting by orderingadditional licenses. This software comes with an one year software maintenance agreement.

The DICENTIS seat licenses allow the functionality of the DICENTIS devices to be extended to suit the participant’s needs. The DICENTIS Select Language at
Seat license enables the language selection feature of the DICENTIS Multimedia device, or DICENTIS Discussion device with touchscreen. An individual license is required for each seat that requires language selection. The license is supplied as an activation code and is enabled in the same way as other activation codes in the DICENTIS Conference
system.

Functions
The interpreted languages are distributed in the DICENTIS System and presented in the language list of the DICENTIS Multimedia device, DICENTIS Discussion device with touchscreen, DICENTIS Discussion device with language selector. The floor
language is the first language in the list. The participant can select the required language from the language list, and then listen to the interpreted speech via the headphone output of the connected DICENTIS Multimedia device, DICENTIS Discussion
device with touchscreen, DICENTIS Discussion device with language selector.

Language selection
The ‘DICENTIS Select Language at Seat license’ enables participants to:
• Easily select the required language from the language list on the DICENTIS multimedia,
DICENTIS Discussion device with touchscreen, or DICENTIS Discussion device with language selector.
• Quickly switch between the floor language and other available languages.
• Conveniently listen to the selected language by using the headphone socket on the DICENTIS multimedia, DICENTIS Discussion device with touchscreen, DICENTIS Discussion device with language selector.
• Next to pre-defined languages, it is possible to add user–defined language names.
• The display of the language name is configurable as name or abbreviation with an optional language number.
