The System installation cable is used for creating
custom length system installation cables.
The system installation cable can be used to make
cables with a maximum length of 100 m (328 ft.) by
terminating with the connectors for solid core cables
(DCNM-CBCON) using the system cable toolkit
(DCNM-CBTK). The cables are solid core, providing
better performance for cable lengths over 5 meters.
This cable is not intended for applications where the
cable is often connected and disconnected. Use the
DCNM-CBxx-I cable for those applications.
